It’s time for another short story!
When I first read these instructions, I wasn’t sure just how hard it would be to write a story like this. To my surprise, it really wasn’t that difficult. After I got started I found it rather fun to see how I could give an impression without coming out and saying what I was showing.
Not only do these instructions tie in with last month’s assignment of bringing out emotions through dialog, but it is also a great way to practice showing and not telling.
Are you ready?
