I have three things for you today. I’ll try to keep them short. Ready?
1.
Today is election day.
If you are old enough, get out an vote! You may think that your vote doesn’t count, but it does! Believe me! I’ve seen races won or lost by only a few votes.
So GO VOTE!
2.
Listen to the sample of this newly released audio!
And it’s just in time for the holiday traveling, or for enjoying while you wrap presents, or using as a special “count down till Christmas.” The reader captured the feeling of the story perfectly, made me want to keep listening even though I knew the story, and left me with that delightful satisfied feeling when things turn out the way they should in a book.
Go ahead, try the sample.
3.
And now, last, but certainly not least, check out my newest Christmas book!
His Law Is Love
Will hate and fear drown the song of Christmas love?
Amelia is eagerly anticipating her first Christmas in the west, but she soon finds that her brother-in-law’s worry and her sister’s exhaustion reach far deeper than the cares of a ranch and a family. A rash of fires and cattle thefts is plaguing the area, and the three young orphans they’ve sheltered are under suspicion from their prejudiced neighbors.
As hostilities mount, Amelia seizes every opportunity to help and encourage, but how much can one girl do? Will Reverend Brown win the community over to the true spirit of love? And will help arrive before everything they hold dear is destroyed?
Sound interesting? Want to read it? Want to review it?
I’m joining forces with author Faith Blum in hosting a Blog Tour for our new Christmas books (yes, Faith has one too), and we would love to have you join us! If you’d like to be a part of the blog tour, you can sign up by clicking on the image.
Hi, Rebekah. π I fully intend to vote today and hope many other people will too. Also, that cover for “His Law is Love” is incredible! So gripping, especially in contrast with the title. I think I’ll get myself a copy. π
Great list!
I’m glad you like the cover! I know I do. π I hope you enjoy the story!
His Law is Love sounds excellent! I’m going to try to convince my library to buy it once the paperback version comes out, Lord willing. I’ve been able to have them get some other really good books, so I’m hoping they’ll get this one too. π And it’s really cool that you have an audiobook! Is this the first one of your books that has been converted to audiobook format?
Hi Leona!
I hope your library will get the book for you. Do to my computer messing up, I haven’t gotten it out in paperback yet. Hopefully in the next day or two.
Actually “The Old Mansion’s Secret” is not the first audio book I have. Nearly all my books are on audio. π Just go to my Audio tab and check out the samples of the rest of them.
Wow, I didn’t know that! Thanks for letting me know! π
I just got it up, but it will probably be a few hours at least before it’s listed on Amazon and the other sites.
Yay!!! π
It’s already up! π
Wow! That was fast! π
Voting for the first time yesterday was so exciting. π Signed up for the blog tour!
Yay for first time voting! There were many first time voters at my polling place. π We’re always glad to see new people come in to vote.
I definitely would vote if I could!! π Ohh, I love the reader of the audiobook! He has a catchy voice!! And your Christmas book is great!! π
Isn’t his voice perfect for this story? When I heard it I couldn’t wait to listen to the entire thing. π (And he’s my best friend’s husband. π )
Oh neat!!!!
