This year was a busy year. It flew by at a rapid pace leaving me trying to stay caught up. I am still not quite sure what I did this year. Does that mean I was too busy? I don’t know. Let’s take a look at the goals I had for 2022 and see how I did.

I also did a lot of reading. You can read My Year in Books right here.
And now here we are in another year. I feel a little like this picture. I can see things for the first little bit of the year, but the rest is shrouded in fog. What lies behind the fog? I don’t know, but I know Who does, and I know He will go before me and will hold my hand.
But what sort of goals do I have for this year?
- Finish and publish Kate & Kylie (Title subject to change)
- Write and publish one or two new Christmas Collection stories
- Publish Finding Home (novella)
- Publish Tidings Bringing (novella)
- Hopefully write another another Christmas story
- Hopefully write Katie Wood (praying for an idea)
- Run and participate in 3 KDWCs
- Host another Read Another Page Reading Challenge
- Work one election
- Teaching a crash course on essay writing
I’m sure I have other things I’ll be doing this year like planning and holding the Widows’ Valentine’s Day Luncheon at church, walking Spring100 again, and spending time with my grandpa, as well as other things. Andy maybe I’ll even get more writing done than I hope. Wouldn’t that be fun?
Anyway, that’s what my 2022 looked like and what I have planned for 2023. I am holding all my plans for this year in an open hand since life has a way of changing.
How was your 2022? Do you have plans for this new year? Do you make resolutions or just plan things to do? Leave a comment and let me know. And don’t forget to check out the Reading Challenge page!
