Hymns in the Hills is a story set in the late 1800’s.

Separated from her parents and sent to live with unknown relatives for the summer, Belle Standish clings hard to the promises found in her dear Bible and her beloved hymns. As she grows to love her newly discovered family, she finds much work to be done for her Lord in this neglected field.
But when danger threatens those she loves, Belle’s faith and courage are tested in ways she never imagined. Will God’s promises hold true even in the midst of the storm? And what can she possibly accomplish with just her one little light?

Woohoo!! Yay! I love this book! And I love singing and hymns!! But I can’t decide which is my favorite… I like Come Thou Fount, How Great Thou Art, It is Well, The Love of God…. I also like the ones Ryana Lynn mentioned; those are some good old ones! 🙂 I like singing alto and soprano. 😉 Looking forward to the rest of this tour!

Ooh, there are SO many good hymns! I love It Is Well and Be Still My Soul. This looks like a wonderful book!
And I love singing <3 I sing Alto 1 – so the higher part of the lower harmony ;D
How fun! I can sing harmony if I learn it and it isn’t too low, but I would rather sing soprano. 🙂
