Bother! This blog tag doesn’t have an image! Oh, well. I’m too lazy to go find something so you’ll have to do without. 😛
Rules:
Thank the person who tagged you. I believe it was Kate who tagged me. (I think she likes to tag me. That’s probably because I’m busy reading and don’t see her coming to run. 🙂 Okay, I probably wouldn’t run too fast if she was after me. Anyway . . . )
Answer the questions.
Tag at least three people.
The Questions:
What was the last book you marked as “read”?
I actually just marked two since I finished one book on Sunday and then read another one. Don’t worry, the second book was a short story. 🙂 But the last one I marked “read” was Mrs. Dunlap’s Commentary by Isabella Alden. It was short but it really made you think about how your whole life was telling or not telling for Christ. You can get it for free if you go here.
What are you currently reading?
I’m actually reading two books! And the only reason I’d doing that is because one of them I’ve read several times and I read bits of it in between books (or just before I go to bed since it’s a real book and not a kindle). That book is An Endless Chain by Isabella Alden. The other book I’m reading is Pam by Sharon Srock. I’ve read some of her books and liked them, and I’ve read another one by her and didn’t really care for it, so we’ll see how this one turns out.
What was the last book you marked as “to-read”?
The last book I marked as “to-read” was White Christmas by R. A. Rooney. (Oh, Christmas books! I do so love to read Christmas stories!)
Do you use the star system?
Um, yeah. How else would I rate books I’ve read? I do write reviews, but I like the stars. Though sometimes it is difficult deciding just how many stars to give.
Are you doing the 2017 Reading Challenge?
Yes. I read a lot anyway, but this makes it even more fun because I am competitive and like to see if I can beat my own record. I’ve already upped my goal from 75 to 100 because I did a fall reading challenge (that started in July and ended the end of December, but I finished all 24 books by Oct. 2nd).
Do you have a wishlist?
Yes, but not on Goodreads. I’ve never looked at adding a wishlist there. Do they have one?
Who are your favorite authors?
I think I’ve answered this question a dozen times in tags, interviews, and other places. 🙂 But if you still don’t know . . . It’s Isabella Alden “Pansy.” That being said, there are dozens of other authors that I really like and would highly recommend their books, but it would take too long to mention them.
Have you joined any groups?
Yep. Not that I’m very active on anything. I’m too busy to do much on Goodreads.
How many Goodreads shelves do you have?
At the moment? Well, Goodreads says I have six. Did you want to know what they are?
- Read
- Currently Reading (this is always empty because I never mark a book “reading,” I just wait until I’m done.)
- Want to Read (Only 8 books on there at the moment.)
- Five-Fall-Favorites 2016
- Read-to-Review (This is not accurate because I just recently added it and haven’t added any of the earlier books to it.)
- Reading Challenge 2017 (If you want to go see all the books I read for this year’s reading challenge, go ahead.)
- Favorite Author (This is a small shelf again, it’s new and I haven’t put many books on there yet.)

Awesome answers! 😉 Thanks for answering, Rebekah. If you need another tag, you can pick up the “Second Chances Book-Blogger Tag” I just did. 😉

Thanks, Kate! 🙂 Oh, I’ll have to consider that one maybe for January. 😉
