I was asked if I wanted to read and review this book. Since I’ve really enjoyed the author’s other stories, I said yes. And I really enjoyed this story!
Old Ruddy’s Questions by Courtenay Burden
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This story made me think of the old writers and their slower paced stories, but it was good. Sweet, and encouraging. I really liked Old Ruddy, and all the different people he encountered. And the ending was an encouraging reminder that while we may not see our influence on others here, it doesn’t mean we don’t have any.
Recommended.

It’s a really good cover, indeed! I haven’t read anything by this author yet, but I do remember having one of her books on my kindle (got it awhile back during an ebook sale!)

Oh, I hope you can read some of her stories. She has one in “A Homewood Christmas, as well as one in almost all if not all of the KDWC collections.
