This story was wonderful. I loved the old fashioned style of writing. The story of heartache and trouble at Christmas time and the reminder of Christmas was so well done. Each one of the characters interested me, and I found it easy to picture the snowy world and feel the cold.
This is a Christmas story I know I’ll be reading again.

I love this story so much I have it in paperback now too! One of my favorite Christmas stories, and I’m due for a re-read.
