Are you in the mood for a classic story from a well known author? Perhaps you just want a story you can read this afternoon. Or maybe you want to listen to it while you work on making or wrapping presents. If so, check out today’s story.
The Story of the Other Wise Man by Henry Van Dyke
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This is a story I grew up listening to my mom read aloud many times, but it has been years since I’ve read or heard it. This year I listened to it on Librivox as I worked on a project and was reminded just how good it is. While not exciting or anything like that, this story has heart. And there is a tender reminder that “as ye have done it unto the least of these my brethren, ye have done it until me.”
