A sweet Christmas story that reminds us of the real reason for Christmas. I like the illustrations and how the family used the legend to make their own Christmas tree extra special.
Recommended for families.

Do you enjoy a Christmas tree at Christmas time? Real or fake? What are some of your favorite ways to decorate for Christmas?

I feel like I’ve seen this book somewhere. We may have read it! And we got two trees this year, one real for upstairs, and one small fake one for our downstairs. But our tradition is to get our tree, buy hot chocolate on the way back, and decorate with Christmas music when we get back!

Oh, I love that tradition! We used to get a real tree every year, but now we have a fake one, which is nice, but I miss the smell of a real one.
