Book #2 Red Boots

December 2, 2018 by readanotherpage 10 Comments

Happy 2nd of December! I have a sweet short story for you today. (It’s great if you are behind on your reading challenge.)

Red Boots by Kate WillisRed Boots by Kate Willis
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

A heartwarming Christmas story. I loved the feel of the old shop, and the description of Old Joey. A very short story, but sweet.

I just wish it were longer and I could find out about little Maggie’s family, and what Old Joey did at Christmas.

The cover was a strong draw for me because I love the color red, and it just looked so delightful. You can get this one for free!

I did, on the way to church! So adorable! But I agree, it needed to be longer, lol! Then again, I say that to myself about every good story I read…
