Today’s story is old enough that you can get and read it for free. Just in case you needed another Christmas story.
When the Yule Log Burns A Christmas Story by Leona Dalrymple
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This was a sweet story. It was really two stories since it was about two different Christmases, but about the same people. I enjoyed both of them. They had a fun, old-fashioned, Christmasy feel to them and I would have enjoyed them even more, I think, if they had been longer. But I liked them anyway.
There was one swear word that I noticed.
This isn’t a Christian story.
Do you enjoy Christmas stories that were written a long time ago? What is a favorite older Christmas story besides the First Christmas story?

I can’t wait too read this story! Yes, I love old-fashioned Christmas stories. One of my favorites is The Tell-Tale Tile by Olive Throne Miller. It’s a really sweet Christmas story!
