Are you excited for this year’s 24-Books-before-Christmas posts? I hope so because I’m going to be doing something a little different this year. This year I’m going to only share Christmas books by Indie Authors! That’s right. And yes, I’ve shared most of these before, but for some it has been a while. Enjoy! And be on the look out for books that are on sale or free!

Glad Tidings: A Flash Fiction Advent Calendar by Angie Thompson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
2022
Read it again this year and loved it. As I did before.
This book is so full of hope, glad tidings, touching scenes, and wonderful characters. I know I’ll be reading all of these stories over and over. Some of them made me smile. Others had me reading through tears. While I love the stories, they are very short, and I often wished the story would go on and I could find out what happened next. I think I’d like at least a novella of each one. But at the same time they were the right length.
This book would be perfect for an advent read, or if you would rather, read them all at once.
I have to know, have you read this delightful book? Do you enjoy having a short story for each day that only takes a few minutes to read? If you have read this, do you have a favorite story?

Psst…this one is currently in the Black Friday book sale and free today and tomorrow (just not from Amazon). 😄
I was able to share that link on my Instagram account, but didn’t get it to my blog post.
I plan to reread this one this year!
I reread it last year and if my niece wasn’t borrowing it I might read it again this year. 🙂
