There are many book series. Some are more popular and others are not. I thought it would be fun to have a series about book series and share some of these with you all.

Cinda Hollister by Janet Lambert
Overview:
Cinda is a teen girl growing up in the 1950s with two older brothers and a younger brother and sister. There’s nothing exciting that really happens, but it’s a fun story of family, relationships, and life.
Main Characters and Relationships:
Cinda gets along with her older brothers well. There are some sibling squabbles, but nothing too much. There are friend relations that are sometimes good and sometimes not so good. A bit of romance is sprinkled here and there, more in the last book or two. Great parent/children relations.
Pros and Cons:
Pros: Cinda’s friendliness and desire to help others is encouraging. Many lessons learned in the books about different things.
Cons: Siblings don’t always get along, and the two youngest can be rather annoying to read about at times. There is some romantic infatuation, but lessons are learned.
My Thoughts:
I enjoyed this series. I believe the first, third, and the last books are my favorites. There’s just something delightful in the family, the setting, the lifestyle.
How Many Books:
There are only 5 books in this series.
Have you read this series before? If so, what did you think of it? Do you enjoy more vintage stories, or would you rather read modern or historical?

This sounds lovely and vintage! What age group do you recommend it for? Early kid or late teens (starting age)?
Thank you for letting us know about these lesser known books 🙃💗
It’s a late teen or older series.
You’re welcome.
