I started writing Home at Last as soon as I had finished Unbroken. Since they were going to be book 1 and book 2, I wanted them published soon after each other. And they were. As I wrote this book, the characters became more developed, I discovered new things about some of them, and I enjoyed hearing stories of Norman’s younger days. There was still more I wanted to know and when I reached the end . . . Well, I knew that my friend’s comment about writing 3 books because it was the “Triple” Creek Ranch was going to become a reality.
