Lessons Learned from By Paths Unknown
Horses are sometimes like people – They would rather you talk about the weather or their trip than about politics.
Realize talents are gifts – Sometimes we don’t pay attention to things we enjoy doing but consider more of a hobby. But are those talents given to us to use for a purpose? It might be in a small way, but give those talents to God and let Him bless others through them.
Be careful what you show to excitable cousins – They may want to share it with others!
God’s paths are not always clear – Life may have turned on its head, you may not feel that you have a road map, but God knows the end and the beginning and all the twists and turns in the middle of your life. Nothing surprises him, no clouds obscure his view, and we can trust Him to lead us in the way we should go if we but ask.
Getting lost is fun – It’s more fun to explore if you aren’t SURE you know where you are.
